This workshop/class is held on Tuesday, Nov 10, 6-8pm at the Family Resource Center, (FRC), 111 W College Ave, Appleton. This workshop/class is designed to help parents & caregivers learn about healthy emotional management and how to model it and teach it to their children. This class will discuss the five stages of anger, getting to know our own anger, anger styles, strategies for emotion management, and helping our children with their strong emotions. For Payment Method, we are offering "Charge When Class Confirmed" to delay payment until the class is confirmed to run. If you would like to register a second parent within your household and share materials to avoid further cost, please contact us. Also, if you need to cancel, please do so by leaving a voice message or text at 920-419-0097 or emailing [email protected] before the registration close date of Nov 9th to not be auto charged for this class if it runs. If you provide 24 hours or less notice that you cannot attend a class, we can only provide credit that can be applied to other classes.
